No, parking is free for disabled badge holders in all Toscana Aeroporti car parks (both Pisa and Firenze). You can access the car parks by taking a ticket at the entrance barrier. The manned car park pay point is open from 06:30 until 30 minutes after the arrival of the last flight of the day. Outside these hours, you can request your ticket to exit the car park by writing to: qualita.ambiente@toscana-aeroporti.com at least two days before check-in, attaching a copy of your disabled badge, an identity document and your boarding pass. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:00.

I have a Telepass device. How do I enter the car parks?
If you have a Telepass device, you can enter P2 and P3 car parks using the indicated Telepass entrances.
Please note: if you have booked parking for P2, you will need to remove or mask your Telepass device or use the regular (non-Telepass) entrance lanes.

If I have a booking but my Telepass device activated when entering the P2 car park, what should I do?
Before returning to your vehicle, you need to go to a manned parking pay point and show the member of staff on duty your booking confirmation together with your Telepass identification number. They will cancel the Telepass-enabled entry and issue a valid ticket for your exit from the car park.

How do I enter the car park?
To enter the car park without a booking, take a ticket at the entrance barrier and keep it in a safe place to pay when you return to collect your vehicle. If you have a Telepass device, you can enter P2 or P3 car parks using one of the dedicated Telepass lanes. Using Telepass does not incur additional costs and avoids waiting time at the pay points. You can use any exit to leave the car park with a Telepass device.
If you have booked parking, read the instructions on your booking confirmation carefully for details of how to enter the car park.

Do I need to leave the keys to my vehicle with a member of parking staff?
No, once you have parked your vehicle, keep your keys with you.

I have made a payment, but I haven’t requested an invoice. What should I do?
If access to the parking was made without using a reservation, you will need to go to the manned parking payment booth, located near the terminal, and request the invoice before making the payment. If access was made using a reservation, the invoice can no longer be requested. It should have been requested during the reservation process or, at the latest, within 24 hours after the reservation by emailing parking.psa@toscana-aeroporti.com.

Can I enter the car park if I arrive later than the time indicated on my booking?
Of course. Once you have booked you can enter the car park at any time within the period indicated.

If I have booked my parking and when I arrive the car park is full, what should I do?
If the light at the entrance barrier is red, you can still enter the car park using the access code provided in your confirmation email. If entering the access code does not lift the barrier, there are alternative car parks (in the same category or in a superior category) indicated on information boards. In this case no additional charges will be made. When you get to the alternative car park, take a ticket at the barrier and park your vehicle. When you return to your vehicle you need to go to a manned parking pay point, show your booking confirmation to the member of staff who will provide you with a ticket to exit the car park.

My license plate was not recognized upon entering the parking lot. What should I do?
If your license plate was not recognized upon entering the parking lot, you will need to visit the manned payment booth located at the front of the passenger terminal before retrieving your vehicle. Please show the attendant your reservation confirmation so that they can issue a new valid exit ticket.
